01 Processing Times

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

What counts as a business day? Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays are not counted in any processing or delivery estimate.

During high-volume periods — sales events, holidays, new product launches — processing may extend to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed.

02 Shipping Times & Carriers

All delivery timeframes are estimates only — not guaranteed delivery dates. Cheef Botanicals has no control over your package once transferred to the carrier.

No Refunds on Shipping Fees We do not refund shipping fees under any circumstances, including carrier delays, weather events, or missed estimated delivery windows.

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Your carrier is assigned automatically based on location, order size, and product type.

03 Shipping Rates

Free Economy Shipping applies automatically to all orders totaling $99 or more after discounts, before taxes. No code required.

Orders under $99 show calculated rates at checkout based on address, weight, and speed. Your complete shipping cost is shown before you confirm payment — no surprise fees after checkout.

04 PO Box & Address Restrictions

PO Boxes — Standard & Expedited Shipping We do not ship to PO Boxes for Standard or Expedited shipping options.

Free Economy Shipping orders may be deliverable to PO Boxes depending on product type and carrier assignment. If your PO Box address cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to request a physical address. If no response is received within 2 business days, the order may be cancelled and refunded per our Refund Policy.

Please verify your full street address, unit number, and ZIP code are correct before submitting your order.

05 Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Click it in your confirmation email to track your package in real time.

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email. This is normal.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the ship date, contact us at support@cheefbotanicals.com or (567) 243-3363 with your order number.

06 Why Hasn't My Order Shipped Yet?

  • Carrier scan gaps. Carriers skip scanning at stops to move packages faster. Your order may arrive with no tracking history — that's normal, not a problem.
  • Weather or carrier volume. These delays happen after the package has left our facility and are outside our control.
  • Compliance handling. Some hemp and cannabinoid products require additional handling before carrier pickup, occasionally adding 1 business day.
  • Carrier cutoff times. Expedited orders placed after the daily pickup cutoff ship the next business day.
If it has been more than 5 business days since your order was placed and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your order number.

07 Address Changes & Corrections

Verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We ship Monday through Friday and cannot guarantee we can intercept an order after it has entered fulfillment.

To correct an address, contact us immediately at support@cheefbotanicals.com with your order number and corrected address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipment fees apply and are the customer's responsibility. See our Refund Policy for details.

08 Lost, Damaged & Refused Packages

Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Cheef Botanicals is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit after carrier acceptance.

Tracking shows "Delivered" but package not received? Check with neighbors, building management, or secure drop locations. Then file a claim with the carrier, and contact us at support@cheefbotanicals.com with your order number.
Package arrived damaged? Photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the original packaging.
Refused deliveries & failed delivery attempts If a package is refused, returned due to a failed attempt, or returned because no qualifying adult (21+) was present to sign, reshipment fees apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

09 Shipping Restrictions by Product

Cheef Botanicals ships to all 50 U.S. states for CBD-only products. All other product categories are subject to the state-level restrictions below.

State laws change frequently. Restrictions reflect our best understanding as of May 11, 2026. It is your responsibility to verify local law before ordering. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders shipping to restricted regions without prior notice.

10 Federal Law Notice — November 2026

⚠ Important Regulatory Update

H.R. 5371 / P.L. 119-37 — Effective November 12, 2026

On November 12, 2025, President Trump signed P.L. 119-37 (H.R. 5371), a federal spending bill containing Section 781, which rewrites the federal definition of hemp. These amendments take effect one year later: November 12, 2026.

  • The 0.3% THC threshold shifts from Delta-9 only to total THC — all isomers including Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10, and THCa (THCa × 0.877) count toward the limit.
  • Finished hemp-derived products will be capped at 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container. A single Delta-8 or Delta-9 gummy commonly contains 5–25 mg.
  • Chemically converted cannabinoids — including Delta-8 derived from CBD isomerization — will no longer qualify as legal hemp.
  • Products currently compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill — including THCa flower, Delta-8, Delta-9, HHC, THCp, and live resin — may become federally non-compliant after November 12, 2026.

Legislative efforts to delay or repeal these provisions (including the HEMP Act and H.R. 6209) are underway but have not yet passed. We are actively monitoring the situation and will update this policy and our product catalog as needed.
