All hemp-derived products sold through the Services are intended to comply with
the federal Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 ("2018 Farm Bill") and contain
no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta9-THC) by dry weight at
the time of manufacture. Cannabinoid concentrations are verified by independent

2.2 Your Responsibility to Verify Local Law

Amanita muscaria, Blue Lotus, and kanna — vary significantly by state, county,
and municipality, and are subject to change without notice.

IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDER ARE LEGAL

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring hemp compound that
is federally legal when derived from compliant hemp containing less than 0.3%
Delta9-THC by dry weight. However, THCa converts to psychoactive Delta9-THC
when heated (e.g., when smoked or vaporized). You are solely responsible for

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address

SECTION 19 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION

19.1 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first at
support@cheefbotanicals.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We
will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

19.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, you and Cheef
Botanicals agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or
relating to these Terms or the Services (including the breach, termination,
enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof) shall be resolved by binding
arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, rather than in
court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in
court for infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

19.3 Waiver of Class Actions

YOU AND CHEEF BOTANICALS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER
ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER
IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not
consolidate more than one person's claims.

19.4 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to
support@cheefbotanicals.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your
notice must include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that
you wish to opt out of binding arbitration.

SECTION 20 — TERMINATION

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part
thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain
liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

or us. You may terminate at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to
use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

Privacy Policy (Section 12), and any other provisions that by their nature
should survive termination.

exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located
in Los Angeles County, California.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms

Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and

agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed
against the drafting party.
